Lots of low yield schools on your list where your mcat is at or above the 90th percentile such as Rush GW Nymc Quinnipac Drexel and RFU. Those probably won't be the ones most likely to interview you. In some ways, aiming "too low" isnt going to get you more interviews in this case.

Best bet is to go through MSAR and find schools that are most likely to interview you. Those are probably the ones that are OOS friendly, get <10k apps yer per year and have an MCAT median around 33-34. Cincinnati, Saint Louis etc those are good ones to target that fit this description.

You have a good list and do not need to delete any of those schools. Your high MCAT should help even though your GPA is low. You could additional MD schools such as:
St. Louis
Creighton
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
any new private schools that open in 2017 (Roseman, Henricopolis, Seton Hall, etc.)
You are competitive for any DO school.
