Final School List Advice Please!

Hi, I'm applying this cycle and would appreciate any input/advice for my school list.

NJ resident, female, asian
I have a 3.99 GPA, 35 MCAT (11PS, 12 VR, 12 BS).
ECs:
-Research (no publications or posters or presentations)- 2.5 years (doing my thesis next year)
-Volunteer EMT- 3 years
-Some physician shadowing (50 hrs)
-Journalist for campus publication- 2 years
-Tutor for undergrads- 2 years
-Leadership position in a club- 1.5 years
-Volunteer with at-risk youth (tutoring)- 1 year
-Some other minor things and awards (phi beta kappa, etc)

I'm considering applying to:
Duke
Mt. Sinai
U Pitt
Cornell
Emory
NYU
Northwestern
Case Western
Tufts
BU
University of Cincinnati
Dartmouth
Cooper
UMDNJ- RWJ and NJMS

You have a great app! If you have the time and money I.would even add a few more top tier schoolsof any other ones interest you🙂
 
They have a great app and over 10 of those schools they have a great chance at and higher scores than... I would not add any more lower tiers...
 
Wow! Stellar work. Aim high, as you deserve it. Suggest adding some more of the Ivies, Johns Hopkins, and your state school(s), plus those in neighboring states. Good luck!

Yeah, at the very least I'm surprised you didn't have Columbia on your list (given all those other NYC schools).
 
I hesitate to apply to the upper end schools because I go to a state school, so my GPA is of course higher than someone who goes to a more prestigious university. What do you guys think?
 
I went to a state school and don't see it smattering at all as long as you have a good mcat which you do so youll do great🙂
