I am thrilled!!! I studied 6-8 hours each day for the last 7 weeks and wanted to do this exam ONCE!

A big thanks to everyone on this forum for all the tips, strategies, etc. What a great group of people!

AP Cliffs, Bootcamp, Chad and Destroyer were basically my tools for studying. When I felt discouraged or wanted to quit, I just kept pushing through it!

Great job! Was wondering... how did you feel/do when you're going through destroyers? and what did you do after. Having most trouble with ochem and gen chem portion of it and getting most of them wrong. Bio I'm doing ok...

I took my first BC test last Thursday:
Bio 26
GC 22
OC 18
Pat 17
RC 23
QR 20

I took my 2nd BC on Sat:
Bio 26
GC 19
OC 26
Pat 18
RC 24

I took the 2009 practice test two days before my exam and got these scores:
Bio: 22
OC: 19
GC: 24
Pat 20
RC: 19
QR: 18

AA: 20

Truthfully, I think Destroyer is overkill for the chems. I too got a lot of them wrong! The best resource for the chems is Chad's videos. I watched them all, took very detailed notes and reviewed them again and again. Bootcamp was outstanding as well.

What is your input for he bio section?

And Math?

Bio was so RANDOM!!! There's so much information to cover, study and review that it really is hard to know all of it. I was shocked that that was my lowest score since I had done so well on it with the BC tests. I think part of the problem (at least for me) was that I needed to concentrate on the areas that I was weaker on, so I neglected Bio for a few days.

During my studies and practice tests, I really struggled with the timing of the math. The more I practiced with both Bootcamp and Destroyer, the better my timing got (as well as my strategies). I didn't waste much time on problems that I couldn't figure out immediately. I would just make them and more on. I do have to say that the math on the actual test was not nearly as difficult as Bootcamp or Destroyer.

Good job. Doing practise questions helped your scores and timing. Everytime people get discouraged, they should look at good scores and that will push them to keep studying?

Good work! That feeling when you first saw your scores must have felt great. I remember pumping my fists a few times when I saw my score.

How was the RC? Easier than Bootcamp?

RC articles are much easier on the real test than on Bootcamp, I think that's been the general consensus. But it's good to read difficult articles to practice speed and comprehension.

Yes, the RC is much easier on the real DAT. The articles were more interesting too, especially if you compare it to the ADA 2009 practice test. I took the practice test 2 days before the real test and totally bombed the RC.

....and yes, the feeling you get when you see the scores that you worked so hard to achieve is unreal!

So you are saying that the DAT RC is easier than the ADA Sample 2009 tests, and the questions on the real DAT RC is much easier than bootcamp?

What about the RC questions comparison to bootcamp? Easier than bootcamp?

The Bio questions were mainly, physiology, genetics and cell bio? As much as you remember, no plants?

Yes questions and articles were easier. The articles were easier to understand and slightly memorize, and the questions were basic where you can use search and destroy. I maybe got two or three questions asking to make an inference. It also felt that the first 6-7 questions were in order and by the time you answer those, you should have a general idea of what the article is about, in case you need to make last minute guesses.

Yes, real DAT RC was easier than Bootcamp. I did not have one plant question either!!!
