mine was sent mid july and I didn't get anything until i made a call to the school, and this was around mid october. shortly after that i got an interview
 
My application was sent out in August and I got my interview a month ago to go in on January 4th. I cancelled my interview cuz I've heard it's not a good school at all. It's been around for like 2 years or so.

R u kiddding me? Nova is one of the leading dental schools today...its an excellent school and BTW not so easy to get into...

a leading dental school? dont get me wrong i know its nice but i am sure all schools can make that claim
 
When I visited nova, I found only one flaw. Hurricanes. Yes I found a hurricane while I was there! No really, Nova is a great Dschool. everyone was happy and jolly. It is south friggin florida, what is to hate?
 
OK ... THIS is strange. I got another email notice today to fill out supplementary...but they sent this months ago, I promptly filled it out, and I've had an interview scheduled with them for some time now.
 
how long after supplementary is submitted did you get interview?
 
At least u didnt get this e-mail AFTER your interview lol....

OK created online account, paid and filled out supp app on 8/27. (Submitted AADSAS early but didn't take DAT until Aug 25th.) Got emails on 9/1 that they received signature page, and on 9/7 that they received DAT scores. On 9/26 they sent my interview invite. I called right away to confirm.

So...just to make sure...the receipt of signature page email IS the confirmation that they received your online app, isn't it? Or ... did ya'll get something that also said they received your supplemental? 😕

Maybe if you fill it out again you'll get another interview and DOUBLE your chances!😉
 
I got the same email today too. Does anyone know how many more interviews NOVA has left?
 
i got the same email, i already sent the secondary in, why did they send this email? they also already took my 50 bucks, what the heck is going on?
 
Ok guys it must be a mistake! I guess it was a hot day down in south FL and it must affected the system lol

Who said that im going to NOVA?? Yes there are so many HOT guys at Nova, but that can't be my ONLY reason lol

Sorry to totally change the subject of the thread, but I had some wierd problems w/ nova's 2ndary too. I applied in July, and never heard anything. I finally called about a month ago, and they told me their system should have sent me an automatic e-mail for the 2ndary as soon as they got my app. They promply sent me a link, and gladly received my $50.

A nice woman in the admissions office told me this week that Nova is sending about 50% of their acceptances on Dec. 1st. The remaining spots will be filled by interviews that they will hold through March.
