I'm independent at 24 and I'm assuming that when I file the FAFSA and apply at each school, my applications and package will be based on my income for the 2003 year and my personal information (savings, assets, etc.) only. I'm also assuming that all loans I take out will be in my name only and will not need a "co-signer."

Does anyone know which MD schools require parental information if you are over 24?

Is this information above correct? I'm applying for the 2004 year, MD schools....

You are correct. You won't need your parental information on the FAFSA for Stafford loans. However, some schools may require you to provide parental information (regardless of your situation) to qualify for institutional grants and loans. Here is a link to the schools which require this information, according to the AAMC.
