Can anyone comment on the financial aid process for those of us that were lucky enough not to have loans in undergrad. PCOM has not sent anything yet regarding financial aid, and someone on this forum said that they won't until June.

What should we be doing now to prepare? Are there any forms that we should be filling out now, before the summer? I don't want to mess around with this process. Any advice would be appreciated regarding the prep. for going into a mountain of debt!!

I think you can start filling out the FAFSA (deadlines vary with each state). You might want to check with PCOM regarding this. I know that for TUCOM, they won't be sending financial aid info until late April/early May.

For optimum financial aid, the FAFSA should be completed by March. The numbers (i.e. income, taxes, etc.) can be estimates which can be corrected later. Precise values are not as important as getting the form submitted.
