Regarding parental information, schools often ask for the net worth of investments including real estate. what about real estate owned abroad in a different country? Does that need to be disclosed?

The fact that you own real estate in multiple countries means that you probably have a good amount of money. You're not going to get anything but unsub loans more than likely. But yes disclose all assets
