Question for anyone out there who knows... Is there any way a student can take advantage of in state tuition after the first year of paying out of state? Can I make the state I go to school in my state of residence? I'm just trying to figure out all the money I'm going to have to come up with...

You usually have to own property or work there full time for a year. When I went to Baylor in Texas, I got a loan for a 30,000 dollar condo, made payments on it, sold it, and saved $40,000.
