I am currently accepted at DCOM and on the waitlist at AZCOM. I am worried about making a decision quickly (perhaps not waiting for AZCOM even if it is my first choice) due to getting financial aid filed. Does anyone know how strict the deadlines are for filing the FAFSA? How do deadlines work for students are still being accepted to schools?

I would sure appreciate any insight into financial aid and how to decide when you HAVE to make a decision to attend one school or the other.

You can make changes after your FAFSA is filed. I would go ahead and file and then you can change the school if need be.

You can designate more than one school on FASFA also.

Does anyone know about locking the interest rates and stuff for these loans?

You can only consolidate to lock interest rates after you have received your award.
