Could anyone give me a rough estimate of how much you have after tution to pay for rent/mortgage? My CPA/wife wants some hard numbers but just an estimate would be awesome. Thanks.

Depends on the school. Every school should be able to give you a breakdown of your budget. They budget everything from rent to tuition to amount of money you have to fly home to visit mommy and daddy every year. Each school can give you exact, hard numbers because they figure those out every year so you can get your loans.
