Hey I was wondering if I live by myself and basically do all my finances on my own do I qualify for finicial aid or do I have to take out private loans since its graduate school? also im not married or have any dependents Thanks!!!

Fill out your FAFSA. The financial aid office at the university you are accepted to will tell you what you are eligible for. They will try their best to get you the most money possible, the school needs your money so they make sure you get it. My understanding is that we will most likely get the 2 Stafford loans, one is subsidized and the other is not. This will not be enough to cover all the expenses, that is where private loans come in.

If the 2 stafford loans are not enough to cover everything, then you can get grad plus loan. There is no need to take out private loan if you dont want to
