Hi guys I was looking for some help. Fortunately I’m going to be looking at only borrowing 140K for four years of dental school. Based off what programs have told me the 6% unsubsidized Stafford loans are the way to go. I was wondering if this was the way to go or if there are other options. I was also wondering if anyone can give me an estimate for the interest that would accrue on this after 4 years. Thanks!

Yes, Direct Unsub Stafford up to $40,500 a year and then anything above that will be Direct Grad PLUS. The other option is taking a private loan but you can always refinance after if you wish to do so.
