Hi Everyone,
I am working on a retrospective project and need to ID patients who underwent a couple of different procedures. I am identifying them through billing and diagnosis code using the hospitals billing database. Finding the current ICD-9 codes for their diagnosis and the 2007 CPT codes online is really a snap at the AMA website, but I am having trouble finding a list of the CPT codes from past years. Does anyone know where I can find the CPT codes from say 1997,98,99-->2006?
