Through ERAS is there a way to find out if a LOR has been uploaded and is under processing?

I have 1 out of my 4 LOR writers that has confirmed that he's uploaded the letter, but the rest haven't responded yet. However, on ERAS in ADTS they all look the same (it says "not uploaded to the Post Office next to them". I'm trying to find out if they've been uploaded or not so that I can shoot them an email reminder or not.

Thanks in advance.

Does your Dean's Office do quality control? I think I remember reading in the ERAS instructions that if your Dean's Office chooses to do this, then after your writer uploads the letter it will first go to the Dean's Office, who will check it and then make the final upload.

So this is from the FAQ on the ERAS website:
To check on the status of your supporting documents, please contact your Designated Dean's Office, the ECFMG at (215) 966-3520. They are responsible for receiving and uploading your supporting documents to ERAS.

Letters of Recommendation (LoRs) are uploaded to ECFMG by your LoR Authors using the ERAS Letter of Recommendation Portal (LoRP). For more information, please visit the LoRP Web site.

Looks like I'm going to have to give ECFMG a call tomorrow.
