finishing FA vs. finish UWorld

Would you place more importance on finishing FA (once) or completing all of UWorld....I have only a week left of studying and I am about 40% complete with UWorld and have read about 25% of FA....I'm scoring alright on world (mid sixties to low seventies) when I take time tests but I've def. plateaued...and know I need to start reviewing things in FA..That being said, should I just finish reading FA and then try to do as many questions in UWorld before the test (will probably complete about 80% this way) OR put FA to the side and just keep using UWorld and complete it? What would you do?

That's got to be the funniest thing i've heard today. point taken. UWORLD all the way. hope no one comes on here now to say the opposite.

UWorld, UWorld, UWorld ....


but if you come across a topic you KNOW you're sour on, then consult the relevant text. I improved my score significantly from Step I ... and it was because I thoroughly went through UWorld this time. Do it. UWorld doesn't have any "secret" to it, it's just a very thorough review of relevant topics done in a way that you'll remember.

Use FA as a mouse pad while you do uworld day and night.

I used FA just to write notes in it. It is good because it organizes the notes you will write in it by subject or by category. I did not find it to be a good mouse pad either.
