Hello,
I am finishing up my intern year and will be starting my Neurology residency in a few months... I had the chance to rotate through a few Neurology clinics and I have realized just how much I have forgotten (or maybe never knew).

I couldnt be more excited to start Neuro, but would like to review my Neuro anatomy/differentials and basic survival things before I hit the floor running in July 1 as a PGY 2 Neuro resident...

Any suggestions on places to start ie online/text formats that are of good quality and not too difficult to digest on a tired interns attention span...

(I am sure this is not an uncommon feeling, but I would like any pointers that could be suggested... Thanks a ton!)

I would recommend reading either Patten's Neurological Differential Diagnosis or Blumenfeld's Neuroanatomy through Clinical Cases all the way through. Patten is a little outdated now but still has great pearls and anatomy. It would be too difficult to try to get through one of the larger Neuro texts during your early PGY2 year. There are no good resources online.
