Is this correct ?

I thought:

Conus Medullaris = Bilateral LE weakness, sudden, Bowel/Bladder Dysfunction dysf, Impotence

&

Cauda = Uni Radicular Gradual severe pain, No Bowel/Bladder/impotence issues

It says Cauda has B/B dysf ...and i have never heard of a triad for this.. Please help me D/D these and make out whether FC is correct here..FC is awesome but has errors sometimes.. so need help

Conus medullaris has early bowel/bladder dysfunction while cauda equina has late bladder/bowel dysfunction. I.e., intact BB function does not rule out cauda equina.

Bear in mind that conus medullaris syndrome is also a much rarer clinical entity than cauda equina.
