Fired Resident kills physician

The article isn't very clear, but apparently Dr. Lishan Wang was fired from residency in 2008. Today (4-26-10) he fatally shot a coworker, a Yale University physician. Apparently this doc was involved in Dr. Wang being fired from residency.

Does anyone have any more details on this case???
