I compared the two texts. The material is for the most part the same, its simply a matter of organization. 2005 used the old subject format, biochem, anatomy, path, micro etc. whereas starting 2006 FA switched to systems based, clumping pertinent topics. Personally I prefer 2005. The material seriously hasn't changed much, and I supplement with a systems based book, Step Up, anyway.
