i'm afraid to post this in the "mistake thread" b/c people there seem aggressive. can someone please tell me why s. pneumoniae is not listed as its own thing in first aid. i.e. they talk about the alpha hemolytics and go on to give viridans its own section but nothing for s. pneumoniae...even though it's the bolded one on pg 173. thanks...i konw i'm just being stupid.
