Has anyone purchased the new First Aid book? It was supposed to be released on December 16, but it is backordered for 4 weeks at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and several other online stores I looked at. Is the book really so popular that it sells out that fast?

I was also wondering about the new edition of Step-up. Is there even a new edition or is the 2nd edition the one to get for the 2006 exam?
