I am signed up for taking DIT for spring of 2012 and will be taking Step one in the spring. I have the current 2011 edition of First Aid but hear that DIT is specific for the current year (which will be 2012 by next spring). Woud I be able to do the course using the 2011 guide or should I just buy the 2012 version? I have been using First Aid sporadically so far but have not devoted incredible amount of time to it yet. Just seeing what people would suggest. Thanks!

I'm in the same boat and I'm going to buy the 2012. I've heard they reference page numbers.

I think you could waste a lot of time looking for a sentence on an unknown page that may not even be in the older edition. Its only 40 bucks too compared to the small fortune we paid for DIT.

I'm regretting having paid for DIT in advance to save ~$120 or so. By the time I can actually watch it, and with the late release of 2012 FA it seems like a huge waste of time and I can't even return it anymore.
