I currently have the 2014 edition, but was wondering if I should get 2015 or 2016? I am taking my exam end of June (USMLE). Any advice?

2015 has all errata published and some updates over 2014, so at least start there. Or use 2014 and update the errata and buy 2016 then switch to it once errata are published.

How important is this errata thing? Is it really a game-changer for which book to buy/study from? In past years the errata seems to be small and somewhat minor, and from looking at FA 2016 it really does have quite a bit of new/revamped information.
