Robbins has a similar one for pathology. I can't remember the exact name of it but it has a maroon cover and it's awesome.

Cool, thanks! I have the 2nd edition sitting on my bookshelf, but haven't used it at all this year. Any others you can think of?
That book (Robbin's Review) is nothing like FA cases.
The casefiles series are closer, but they'll be useful once you start rotations.
For now, physiology cases and problems by costanzo is somewhat similar. You might also look into the 'Recall' and 'Secrets' series. They're in the Q&A format and are quick/easy reads, but they don't have cases.

Probably the entire Case Files Series for the basic sciences.
