How come it seems random whether 1st aid includes the chromosome involved in a disease or not? Like Friedreich's ataxia has the repeat but not the chromosome listed. With other diseases, it will be listed? Why? I need answers damn it

It's true. Chromosome #s are very high-yield for certain diseases.

Down's = 21
Edward's = 18
Patau's = 13

--------

Aside from the above, I'd say the highest of the high-yield is:

Huntington's = 4
Marfan's = 15
Cystic fibrosis = 7
Most common cause of 1st-trimester spontaneous abortions = trisomy 16

VHL 3
NF1 17
Praider willi/Angelman 15
Wilms' Tumor 11

All ones I've had at least 1 question on, that simply just asked "what chromosome"

I found this pdf very helpful (got it from baronerocks.com)

That is gold. Thank you.

Depending on how many chromosome questions I get on the test I may or may not owe you my first born.

Just missed a question over BRCA 1/2 chromosome
