Is First Aid pharm enough for Step I? I don't really feel like going through lippincott's if I don't have to. Only thing is, when qbank pharm questions come up, some of the drugs i don't recognize and end up unleashing a tirade at my computer. Do i use a review book or stick to first aid?

From what I have heard from classmate that have done well, just stick to First Aid. If you don't understand the mechanism or some minor point, then look it up in Lippincott's. I have written down a few of the drugs that I didn't recognize into First Aid, but that is rare. There are plenty of drugs to know in 1st Aid.

For pharm - FA FA FA FA FA......this book is enough for this. However, it is missing concepts behind things so you may need to use another pharm book to understand the concepts - Kaplan white book is awesome, follows FA pretty close.

For memorizing the pharm from FA - Facts in a flash follows FA closely and has questions for everything. It is really reallyh good for pharm and micro......look at link below. You can keep doing the ones you get incorrect etc.......

good luck
