For anyone who has taken Step 1 already, Do you think First Aid covers Physiology well enough to get most of the questions right??I know BRS phys is the gold standerd for phys but its taking me a long time to get through the whole book. I was thinking about using that time on another subject(since Im a little behind) and using BRS only to review the sections in FA that I cant understand.
Also, If you think its not totally sufficient, what % of quesitons do you think you can get using only FA?

Thanks alot to anyone who responds.

Knowing your physiology well will serve you long after Step 1.

It is mostly conceptual so how well you do with FA alone really depends on how well you understood this stuff in class. For memorization-heavy aspects of physio like GI I think it's pretty sufficient. I thought it was particularly weak for pulmonary phys.
