First AID step 2 vs step 3??

Seems like there is a new edition of Step 2 First aid book (I read MTB for step 2) and the Step 3 FA book is from 2009..

Which is better for step 3? I ask because I heard from many people that Step 2 is not very different from step 3 overall as a test and when it comes to study materials??

I would get the step 3 book because it includes some CCS cases and advice. The step 2 book does not have anything regarding CCS.
