I'm usually the one that says the old edition is fine. However, in this cases there have been significant additions to the OB/Gyn section for sure. I haven't compared the other sections. Perhaps someone else can add.
i bought the new one for the exam and i thought it was garbage, i stopped reading after peds and derm sections. uw and secrets were better, and brs for peds immunology.
