First batch and no UW supplemental yet

I just saw from people on SDN in the first batch that they've been getting their supplemental app for UW. Does this mean that if I haven't received it then I've been rejected from their school? Anyone else in the first batch who hasn't received a supplemental yet?

i'm oos and i only received an email today saying my application was received.
(application was mailed 7/27)
by the way i live in california

i was wiche and didn't get my secondary until dec. uw looks at all the washington residents first, then wiche, then oos
