Looking for input from established people on the forums here

1. What are your thoughts on setting up in a standalone building (single story or a strip mall type clinic) versus a MOB that is associated with a healthcare campus (HCA, Methodist, etc)?

Both locations I am looking at has free patient parking. I do like nicer looking buildings, and am leaning towards a MOB for that reason, in addition to other private specialty and primary care docs who can be easier to market to directly.

cost difference actually is pretty small - MOB buildings are nicer and cleaner looking. Stand-alone office has shorter parking distance (kind of like a CVS or a Walgreens looking building and surrounding parking)

#1 congrats
#2 I’d do the MOB ( I own and not mob)

MOB’s are nice. The building owner association will take care of the grounds keeping them spiffy. There is an ortho office here that struggles terribly with their “yard”.
