I have kaplan diagnostic exams Uworld Sim exams and i can possible purchase an online NBME.

Which out of these is the best idea? and if NBME which NBME to start of with? Also when can you say your ready to take one?

following. I will be taking STep1 within the next 3-6 months. I have NBME disks from 2000-20005. I have never seen NBME online exams. I would like a link to them. Are the free ones I have on disk similar to the ones online?

Well, just pick one NBME out all i think 6 forms. Though might save the more recent once near your examination.
