Got rejected from Stanford by snail mail today...It hurts...but at least it's not my first choice, UC Davis...

By the way, I'm an August MCATer and I just started hearing stuff back from schools after completing my secondaries.

Awww, so sorry, I'm sure it does hurt. But just know at that level it's nothing personal, and pretty much a crap shoot. Most people wouldn't even have the stats to be able to apply.

I think there should be a policy of not sending out rejections Christmas week. That sucks! 🙁

Ugh! I'm getting so frustrated at all these Stanford rejections. I know I'm getting one (just intuition . . . or my MCAT score!), but it'll be my first post-secondary rejection. I know it'll hurt the worst. 🙁

Getting rejected is part of the process. Believe me, I've got at least five already! And there is no rhyme or reason to it, given the places I've been accepted. Don't sweat it. It only takes one acceptance to become an MD...
