First Rejection

I find out after getting back from work that I got a rejection letter which apparently disappointed my parents much more than me. It was from ATSU and it was short and to the point. I don't have the greatest stats but I didn't think I'd get a rejection from that school so quickly, they must've not liked my supplemental essays or something or just didn't like me. I got one interview on september and two post-december interviews and hopefully more and hopefully I'll get into couple of schools. Anyways, it obviously doesn't feel good being rejected...

Sorry to hear man, but keep your head up. The application cycle is just beginning. Parents will always expect a lot and set high expectations, but they will never love you less.

i got my first rejection from ATSU as well. i think the reason a lot of ppl get rejected is because they stress a lot of community service. so if u don't have that u're out. but we both have 3 interviews so far...we're in good shape...juss shrug it off.

Yea, except I had done a lot of community services, about 300 hours. I guess that's not enough..

No worries, just focus on the interviews that you have already. Three interviews ain't bad at all.

Look on the bright side....I have two rejections so far

Case and NOVA

but...on the bright side I have one interview...to my top choice as well UOP 🙂

You still have three interviews nothing to stress over imo ATSU isn't that desirable of a program.
