I recieved an assignment today requiring input from a practicing dentist regarding their practices' missions and values. I thought this would be great place to receive input in this regard. If any of you could provide anything regarding your top values and elaborate on your practices' missions i would greatly appreciate it. THANKS

I dont know if you last post was sarcastic or not, but yes, I am in dental school and this is a portion of an multiple part assignment being used to help us develop a personal mission statement for my ethics class

Ethics in dental school, hahahahaa, good luck with that one.

Why not add some spice to the meetings to discuss the following:

-Making the most amount of income with the least amount of stress, energy, and aggravation in an patient-centered & ethical way by doing the highest quality and least amount of discomfort possible.

Should be the creed of every dentist in the USA (except Medicaid docs).
