It's definitely intense; the pace feels like you're going 100 miles an hour. We covered pretty much all of cell bio, genetics, biochem, and some histology stuff in our first block. I had this list of diseases to memorize written up; it covered about 80-90 of them. I'm surprised how much I learned, though; I expected most of it to be review.
