ER doc lurking here- just wondering what the best study is for identifying Fitz Hugh Curtis syndrome?

Try a history, speculum exam and culture, and as a radiologist I would be remiss if i did not mention pelvic/abdominal ultrasound.
 
would pelvic/abd US be specific for FHC, like the glisson's capsule?
