Hello, could anyone who has passed the FL MPJE provide some content information. Found the below outline online but also found FL ch 499 (drug and cosmetic act) that was not listed on the board of the pharmacy website. I want to ensure I study everything I need to for the FL portion of the exam. Thanks for your help.

Florida Statutes
Chapter 456: Health Professions and Occupations: General Provisions
Chapter 465: Pharmacy
Section 465.007: Licensure by Examination
Section 465.0075: Licensure by endorsement; requirements; fee.
Florida Administrative Code
Rule: 64B16-26.204: Licensure by Endorsement

The pharmacy student section of this forum used to be a good place to get the latest notes from a notable law professor at UF. That helped me pretty significantly when moving to Florida from another state. I'd share my copy, but they would be terribly outdated even if I could find them.

I know you specified info from anyone who has already passed it, but I think this might help anyway--it's from my law professor's review for 2019.

Topic areas covered on the MPJE (also known as the MPJE Blueprint):
• Area 1: Pharmacy Practice (About 83% of Test – very important area)
• Area 2: Licensure, Registration, Certification, & Operational Requirements (About 15% of the Test)
• Area 3: Regulatory Structure and Terms (2% of the Test)

STUDY FLORIDA LAW Rules & Statutes
STUDY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
• Dr. Steinhardt’s Controlled Substance Powerpoints
• The actual Controlled Substances Act--Print it out, highlight pieces of it, and read it several times
• The DEA’s Pharmacist Manual--Read it several times
