Flight Physician Assistants

Has anyone ever heard of PA's as part of a Air Medical Transport team??? I have done some research and can't seem to find much about it such as earnings, what they are allowed to do, etc. etc. Any Info anyone can give me would be appriciated! Thanks Alot!!!!

I don't know of any civilian positions like this but the military uses pa's like this all the time and senior pa officers can even get flight surgeon status. a good friend of mine is a major in the army and works in this role.
