I will be going to an AEGD in Florida next year. Do I need a Florida license to go here? The program website does not say anything about this, just says I need to have passed NBDE.
If anyone has done an AEGD in Florida from out of state please help me out!

Unless Florida has some specific rule that I haven't heard of, you should be okay since you can apply for a temporary license while in residency. Did my residency out of state and I had a temporary one since I couldn't be licensed at the time with regional board limitations.

Florida is different. Apply for your license as soon as you pass the boards. I recommend everyone do this to avoid having to take your boards again in the future. This is what I did and I am super relieved that past schmoob had the foresight to do this. By foresight I mean I did what my wife told me to.

Aren’t you working under other docs’ license though?
