I am a Texas resident, URM, and am not concerned about my stats (DAT, GPA, extra, etc).

What are the best schools in FL, and how do they approach out of state applicants 🙂

There are only two dental schools in Florida, Nova Southestern and The University of Florida.
From what I know, UF is extremely hard to get into if you are out of state. They look at the in-state applicants first. On UF's website they give you the stats of the people that were admitted if you want to check that out. Nova is a private school so they don't really look at your residency.

There is one state dental school (uf) and two private schools (nova and lecom). UF is not OOS friendly but if you have great stats and are URM you still have a shot.

yea what they said ^. But why! I wish to have tuition that low! UFCD 2019 btw.
