Setting aside UF-Jacksonville which has its own thread, anyone have insight on the various FL programs and how they stack up?

• Mayo Jacksonville
• Mt Sinai FL
• Cleveland Clinic FL
• UF (Gainesville)
• USF
• U Miami

These questions are always difficult to answer. What are you looking for? Are you looking to be more academic, more private? What are you interested in subspecializing in, if at all?

Useless to compare programs based on vague “rankings”

I'm mainly just looking to stay away from any objectively problematic programs (like, apparently, UF Jacksonville).

I think there are 2 or 3 new programs in FL in addition to your list, UMiami has 2 different sites, and there is Broward General. I heard they are working on a program at Holy Cross. FAU is trying to open up a program at Delray Medical Center as well, from what I hear. Memorial Hospital System is a few years away.
