Doing an immuno rotation. In need of a good basic flow cytometry book for someone who doesn't know the first thing about flow!!! A book that will tell me how to read flow for diseases encountered.

The Tsieh Sun book is basic, but thorough enough and easy to read. There is a relatively new version out too.
