Flow Cytometry Interpretation Books?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Any suggestions out there for new/good flow cytometry interpretation resources?

I would recommend the Jaffe Expert Consult book. Just read that and learn to interpret flow on the fly as you are looking at cases. The Jaffe book has a decent intro to flow as well. As with anything else, there are nuances, but don't worry about those until you've got the basics down.

Flow cytometry in clinical diagnosis by the ASCP press.

This is a great book! The only reason I haven't bought it is because our program has a copy for us and I feel like there aught to be a 5th edition coming out sooner rather than later.

By the way, I've been reading through the new book from CAP, and it seems pretty good too. The good thing about it is that it is pretty concise. It has an introductory chapter that is decent and then 30 some odd case presentations that cover pretty much everything that a general pathologist would want to know.

As an aside, I also like Orlani's flow cytometry book that came out within the last couple of years.

But, I guess, if you don't already have access to a good flow book, the one I would buy for my personal collection would be the ASCP flow book, or possibly the CAP book if you perfer the case presentation style of learning.

I like the CAP book for basic info on specific entities. I personally found the ASCP one a little more cumbersome but everyone's different. The most useful thing for me is practicing - painting and interpreting as many cases as possible (like everything else in pathology I guess).
