Flu Shots

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I went through the APhA's course on immunizations, and they did bring out the nasal spray form of the vaccine for us to see (and touch and spray  ). I don't remember what they said about actually administering it, though.

we're doing immunizations in one of our year 1 classes right now. After we go thru the in-class training, within the next month we get to give people flu shots at health fairs.

This is a little off topic (sorta) but who plans on getting the flu shot this year? I've never had one, but I think I'll be getting one this year. I haven't had the flu since the last bad one in winter 2001. I'm have a superstitious feeling that I need to get the shot this year.
