FM vs PM&R sports jobs

I was wondering if anyone knew why there are way more jobs seeking FM sports doc vs PM&R sports doc. Once both finish their sports medicine fellowship are they essentially doing the same thing? Just curious about the difference. Thanks

The FM specific sports jobs usually are not 100% sports. There is also a primary care component. Thus the requirement for that specific training.
