Hello everyone,

I'm a FMG from St George's University and I will be applying for an anesthesia residency this upcoming match. I have a 3.95 GPA and 235/95 on step I. THe only research experience I have is that I did a poster presentation of a surgical case my 3rd year. Realistically, where should I apply to with these stats as an FMG? I am from california and would preferably stay on the west coast. Thanks in advance for any advice.

you should apply over a broad base. With a 235 and good grades you will find a program somewhere, but nobody can tell you where until match day. Just apply with a broad brush. It's costly, but it would be far worse to not match and have to do it again.
