Hey guys, can you give me your opinions on whether or not I will match for internal medicine, psychiatry or family medicine, and possibly some tips as well.

Jamaican national 26 years old
Graduated from a Brazilian medical school
step 1 206/86
step 2 208/87
step 2 clinical skills pass
all exams passed on the first attempt. ECFMG certified.

3 months US clinical experience.
4 US letters of recommendation.
I speak fluent English(1st language), fluent Spanish and Portuguese.

No way for internal medicine. Very doubtful for psych or FM.

I disagree. There are enough low-tier community programs (IM, FM and Psych) in the northeast for the OP to find a place. But it will be tough and s/he needs to apply broadly (let's say 200 or so programs total) and early (like a month ago...what are you waiting for?).

agree with gutonc. you have a shot i think. i would suggest applying to cities with large Hispanic and/or Brazilian populations to take advantage of your language skills, and make it clear in your personal statement that you can speak those languages fluently.

And Caribbean populations as well. NYC (Upper Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx in particular) have large populations from these areas. They also, conveniently enough, have a large # of undesirable residency programs filled primarily with IMGs with unimpressive stats.

Agree with gutonc, you'll match easily in one of those specialties, apply widely and to the right programs. I mean hell, off the top of my head... Lincoln hospital in the Bronx IM, psych would take you for no other reason than your mastery of spanish and portuguese. It's in the downtown Bronx and half their pt population are latin immigrants.

You're talking about specialties that never fill 100% of their spots.
