I haven't dealt with them but I would be surprised if any company could give you up to date information and it depends on your individual situation. I would imagine that many programs are more friendly to american citizen FMG's than foreign FMG if only because it's less paperwork for them in some ways and they know that you will fit in to the culture if you're originally US based. And besides if you're an outstanding canditiate and have done really well on your USMLE and have done research adn all the rest that would, I hope, counter some of the FMG stigma. Just my two cents!
