Hope every body is doing well, am a FMG with MD degree, US-Citizen, Passed USMLE exams with average scores and attempts on Step 1 and Step CS, and got ECFMG certificate since 2010. had been applying for residency training since then but no luck till this moment ( I know it is because of my attempt and graduation date on 2002). Had tremendous amount of volunteering, working and shadowing in variety of clinical departments here in US. I am trying to get into military residency but as a foreign medical graduate they require me to have at least one year of US-Accredited training, which is I've been applying every where in US for PY1 GS, PY1 IM and TY for the past five years with no luck till this moment. Please, I just need some one help out there if you can help me in finding these spots, please.
